Get Fit!!

I have set a goal to lose 13 pounds by March. Mainly I need to tighten my stomach and thin my thighs. I am planning on working out 5 days a week with at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. On they have a thing called fitbie and it contains a lot of information about losing weight, eating right, and getting fit. It is free to join.

This is a printout I found about ways to lose weight while walking or using the tredmill. I cant wait to get started with all my new tips. I am planning on taking a few before pictures that I will post on here.
